Remove incorrect validation for OpenIDIdentityProvider
Currently, OpenIDIdentityProvider does not support
'challenge=true' in openshift-ansible.
This is incorrect, the auth plugin OpenIDIdentityProvider
does support this.
This commit removes the unnecessary validation of
challenge key.
